I will be glad and rejoice in your love, for you saw my affliction and knew the anguish of my soul. Many are saying of me, "God will not deliver him" You delivered me from my suffering, you spoke to my affliction. You uplift me with your righteous hand and filled my heart with your testimonies. Oh rejoice my soul, give thanks to Him that give life and do not ever forget His goodness.

@tyan: You are absolutely right. She is the same person. She is my friend, my model, my companion and my better half. She is Olaide and also called Debbie. I only chose to use her name for this blog. Brilliant observation. Thanks for your wonderful comments. You are loved Tyan.
i love everything that you have done to this image. The lady in the image looks sad.

I saw your answer to the comment of Kheoh. I must admit that I always have rejected processing for itself's sake but I have changed my mind. Many of us stick to the old photography, which in itself is very worthwhile, but new possibilities create new challenges. I don't think there is a clear distinction between "photographying" and "photo art", as if the former would be "less" than processed photo art . There are masses of traditional, non-digital photographs that can be considered to be "art", so I think they are on the same level. I think there must be made a distinction between "snapshots" made for pleasure and personal memories (pictures of beloved who passed away, pics of family, of outings etc.) and pictures made for expression of emotions, esthetics, involvement with human pleasure and pain, etc., which can be both "photographying" and "photo art". This picture I find very well succeeded, and your quotes always give me much confort, thanks for them!
